Maintenance Technician/Installer

JOB DESCRIPTION:  No experience required, but some light mechanical knowledge is a plus! We will train the right person with a learning attitude. Some shop work at HQ in DeMotte, IN and field work at mainly restaurants and bars which both include commercial ice machine cleaning, maintenance, painting, light troubleshooting for repair calls. Light plumbing & electrical skills to hook up these machines. Must have a strong back for lifting and moving equipment. Most of our equipment can be moved with carts and lifts. Installation of beverage systems include mainly bars, so applicant must be a minimum of 21 years of age! Delivery of beverage products with delivery van also. Valid, clean drivers license required. Future openings for a full-fledged technician would be offered to this candidate that has some experience built up with our company.

Available Position #2

Energy Drink Salesperson (outside sales)/Light Installation

  • Part time position
  • Base hourly rate (based on experience) plus commission
  • Flexible hours
  • Personal vehicle use reimbursement
  • Separate, higher hourly rate for light install work hours
  • Must be 21 years old minimum
  • Company shirts provided
  • Company tools provided for light install work
  • Some sales experience is highly recommended, but will train a new individual that has some motivation.
  • Later hours are needed for this position, because most bars start opening between 3-6 pm, and sometimes owners (decision makers) are only at their place of business late afternoons to evenings.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Ideal candidate would have some experience in beverage sales, or be willing to adapt to it. A very high percentage of sales would be visiting bars/restaurants in NW Indiana and South Chicago (territory is not restricted to or limited at this point). Light installation, we mean items weighing no more than 20 lbs need to be installed with a screw gun and tightening hose clamps, and installing beverage hose to run a bar gun. We sell 3 gallon BIBs of Energy Drink that competes with other manufacturers, such as Red Bull in particular. Not much demonstration is needed, as most bars already use this equipment. Dropping off sample 3 gallon BIBs (Bag-In-Box) Energy Drink Concentrate. Our product is highly competitive in the marketplace, and is easy to sell. If light installation is not an option for the candidate (male or female) for any reason, we will still consider you! This part-time position can lead to a full-time position with benefits based on sales performance. We are flexible with this position, as we can tie this sales in with service/delivery/installation in order to make a full time position from the start for the qualified applicant.
